All appointments require a card on file. You’ll only be charged if the cancellation policy is triggered.
- 24+ hours notice: No fee
- Less than 24 hours: $25 fee
- Same-day cancellations: $50 fee

Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may need to reschedule. Our Bastrop location is open Saturdays only, so we kindly ask for advance notice when adjusting appointments.

1. Photosensitivity & UV Sensitivity
- Rosacea, lupus, porphyria, or other UV-sensitive disorders
- Vitiligo or pigmentation disorders that react to UV light
- History of severe sunburns or UV-triggered skin reactions
2. Medications That Increase UV Sensitivity
- Oral acne treatments (Isotretinoin/Accutane, Tretinoin, Retin-A)
- Certain antibiotics (tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones, sulfonamides)
- Chemotherapy or immunosuppressive drugs
- Photosensitizing pain relievers or diuretics (NSAIDs, hydrochlorothiazide)
3. Retinol, AHA/BHA & Strong Skincare Products
- Use of high-concentration retinol, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, or lactic acid near the eye area

- UV LED lashes use low-intensity UVA light; however, pregnancy may increase skin sensitivity. Please consult your doctor before booking.
